Welcome to the Home page of the Kesgrave Salsa Club
Just a few words about the Salsa. The Salsa originated in the Caribbean, principally in Cuba.
There are two basic types of Salsa, these are Crossbody (which comes in several formats as it has expanded around the world) and the Rueda (Spanish for wheel) which is the traditional form that comes from Cuba.
Most dance instructors specialise in one or the other. Here at the Kesgrave Salsa Club we are fortunate in having Adrian and Hayley who are adept in both disciplines. Add some Merengue and Bachata instruction and you can see that we are well served here at the Kesgrave Salsa Club.
All are welcome and you don't need a partner as you will be changing partners on a regular basis throughout the lessons.
