Our teachers, Adrian and Hayley...

Adrian has been dancing salsa since 2000 and has been teaching since 2002. His styles include Crossbody lead (New York style) and Cuban Rueda (also known as "The Wheel") He also has knowledge of a variety of 'Shines' and Bachata along with the fun dance style of Merengue. He has attended several weekend training/social events to enhance his style and teaching methods. Adrian also regularly teaches classes at Colchester and Wivenhoe.

Hayley has been addicted to salsa since 1997 when she fell in love with the dance at a London venue. Since then she has helped to run two salsa classes and joined forces with Adrian in 2002.  She enjoys helping Adrian create routines, attending other classes and dancing to live salsa bands around the region. She also organises social events for the Kesgrave class.

Together Adrian and Hayley teach both absolute beginners and intermediate/advanced pupils, focusing on providing a fun atmosphere for all.  They regard salsa as an enjoyable way to meet new friends, enhance social networks and of course keep fit - the fun way !
